Yes — 100% free, no strings attached. Before you commit to any plan, we'll design and build a custom homepage preview for your business based on a few details you share with us. You get to see exactly what your site would look like before spending a single dollar. If you love it, we move forward. If not, no hard feelings and no charge.
We primarily work with small and medium-sized businesses — contractors, restaurants, salons, gyms, law firms, real estate agents, and anyone who needs a professional website that actually generates business. If you're a local business owner, we're built for you.
We're based in Michigan and love supporting local businesses, but we work with clients across the United States. Most of our process is done remotely via video calls, email, and online tools — so location isn't a barrier.
Most agencies charge $3,000–$10,000 upfront and disappear after launch. We operate on a monthly subscription model that includes ongoing support, unlimited updates, hosting, and SEO. You get an agency-quality website and a long-term digital partner for a fraction of the cost.
Pricing & Payments
Correct — there are zero upfront costs. You pay your first month's subscription and we begin immediately. No design fees, no onboarding fees, nothing hidden.
No contracts, ever. We operate month-to-month — or you can choose annual billing and save 20%. Either way, you're not locked into a long-term commitment. Pay annually and you own your website from day one.
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers through Square, our secure payment processor. Monthly billing is automatic and you'll receive a receipt every month.
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
If you've been on a monthly plan for 12 months, your website is yours — you can take it to any host you like and we'll help with the transfer. If you cancel before 12 months, the site comes offline since hosting is part of your plan, but all your content (text, images, copy) always belongs to you. Choosing annual billing means you own the site from day one — no waiting.
Process & Timeline
Most websites are completed and launched within 7 business days of receiving your content (text, images, logo). Complex projects may take up to 14 days. We'll give you a precise timeline during your consultation.
We'll need your logo, business information, any photos you'd like to use, and your preferred content for each page. If you don't have professional photos or written copy, we can help with both — just ask during your consultation.
Yes. We provide a design preview before building the full site. You'll have the opportunity to request changes to the layout, colors, and content before we finalize everything.
During the initial build, we include two full rounds of revisions at no extra charge. After launch, all content updates are covered by your monthly plan (unlimited on Growth and Elite plans).
About Your Website
Your domain is always 100% yours. All content (text, images, copy) is yours from day one. The website itself works on a lease-to-own model: after 12 months of monthly payments, the site is fully yours and you can host it anywhere. Choose annual billing and you own the website immediately — no waiting period.
E-commerce functionality is available on our Elite plan ($249/mo). This includes product listings, a shopping cart, and payment processing integration. For simpler selling needs (service bookings, appointments), all plans include basic form and booking integrations.
Yes, every website we build is fully mobile-responsive and tested across dozens of devices and screen sizes. Mobile optimization is a core part of our design process, not an afterthought.
We optimize every site for speed — targeting under 3 seconds on 4G connections. This includes optimized images, clean code, and enterprise-grade hosting infrastructure. Fast websites also rank better on Google.
SEO & Marketing
We build every site with SEO best practices — proper meta tags, fast loading, mobile optimization, structured data, and more. Rankings also depend on your industry and competition. Our Growth and Elite plans include ongoing SEO work to continuously improve your rankings.
Yes, Google Business setup and optimization is included in our Growth and Elite plans. This is critical for showing up in local map results when customers search nearby.
Paid advertising is available as an optional add-on service. We can manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns — ask about this during your consultation.
Support & Updates
Simply email us at majestywebdesign@gmail.com with your update request, and we'll handle it. Growth and Elite plan clients can also text or call for faster response.
Starter plan updates are completed within 48 hours. Growth plan updates within 24 hours. Elite plan clients get same-day updates during business hours.
We monitor all client websites 24/7. If your site experiences any downtime, we're automatically alerted and begin resolving the issue immediately — most issues are resolved before clients even notice.
